The felicitation ceremony was hel on 5th May 2017, at the India Habitat Centre along with a conference on “Evolving Education Ecosystem” which was attended by Principals & senior management from Top Delhi NCR schools and prominent speakers from education fraternity along with IDA advisors from NCERT, NIOS, IPSE & more.
The E2 - Education Exchange is Microsoft in Education’s annual event recognizing and celebrating the achievements of educators who combine content, pedagogy, and technology in exemplary ways to prepare students for success. It was my pleasure and honor to attend this year Microsoft’s E2 – Education Exchange Live Streaming from Toronto Canada sitting at my home
It was great learning experience listening to experts and real life stories where Microsoft is leveraging technology to bring about real life social changes.
All the sessions were amazing but I particularly liked 4th session by Daniel Mcduff about Transforming Learning through emotion . Eagerly waiting to try this new technological innovation where I will be able to know the emotions of my learners.
Also the Onenote session done by Mike Tholfsent was amazing .He shared top 10 tips of using OneNote .
It was glad to know that Microsoft is associated with WE Movement
It is always a pleasure to listen to Anthony Salicito (Vice president of Worldwide Education at Microsoft). His
dedication is reflected in the way he speaks and inspires so many educators
including me.

How can Technology support inclusive and equitable quality educationand promote lifelong learning
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) organized a day-long conference to deliberate over how technology can be leveraged to support inclusive and quality education and promote lifelong learning. The conference brought together industry stalwarts and key representatives from Government and civil society to deliberate and help draft recommendations which can aide policy development.
The conference provided a glimpse into the exciting world of new possibilities in the areas of 1:1 learning, classrooms of the future, adaptive learning, digital content transformation, building teacher capacity and much more.
My participation in this conference helped me in benefiting from interactions with industry leaders.
Some of the key confirmed speakers were Mr Bhaskar Pramanik, Chairman, Microsoft India; Ms Debjani Ghosh, Managing Director, South Asia, Intel Corporation and Mr. Rajiv Srivastava, Managing Director, Hewlett Packard India.

I have just attended Microsoft -Hack the Classroom virtual
event
It turned to be a
truly informative and gave us insight to new and innovative ways of making our
teaching more engaging and informative for students .
It started with welcome note by Mr Anthony Salcito (vice president
of Worldwide Education at Microsoft) who introduced us about the virtual event
facilities like online poll , How to question and collaborate , twitter
sharing etc . and above all motivated educators to be passionate about
bringing positive change in education using technology .
Mr Hadi Partovi( Co founder of Code.org) spoke about Changing The Face of K-12 Computer
Science using coding . He spoke about
the benefits of coding to students . After that Ms Leah Obach shared her
experiences of teaching Coding to her Grade 1 Students and how it developed confidence
& leadership skills among them .
Ms Rafranz Davis talked about Empowering Students through
Minecraft and advices us to let the creativity of students lead and after that
Mr.Jeff Kash( MIE expert and educator from north Hollywood) talked about OneNote Class Notebooks and how it helps in
personalised learning . Mike
Tholfsen (who is in development team of OneNote) encouraged all educators to
try One Note and give feedback for its improvement.
Dale Dougherty( founder of Make Magazine ) told us about Maker
movement and How MAKING Can Change Your Mind followed by Panel Discussion

This virtual event was very interactive as we got chance to ask
questions from experts which was asked by Ms Eve Paslti on our behalf . Event
was excellently hosted by Sonja Handeland Delafosse .Many of our doubts
were asked by live audience who were educators .Also lot of virtual collaboration
among participating educators was on in conversation box .
Attended Day 1 of Indian Education Congress 2015 at Vivanta by Taj today. Got a chance to meet and listen to great speakers , educationalists and other stakeholders . All sessions were very good but I especially enjoyed sessions on 1. "How technology can be a game changer for education ,to achieve the innovation much better " by Rajiv Arora 2. Being part of MIE Expert 15 group is a great learning experience . We are getting chances continuously to update our knowledge and interact with experts .Recently a tweetmeet (meeting via twitter ) was organised and announcement of same was made through our Facebook group .
During tweet meet various thought provoking questions were asked by MIE Experts which were answered by Mr. Anthony Salicito ( VP , Worldwide Education , Microsoft)

The Global Forum in Dubai from 22-23 February,
enabled by Microsoft, was a chance for
education stakeholders to discuss how technology can address key challenges in
Education for the 21st Century. Education Leaders, School Leaders, Innovation
Partners and Stakeholders from International Organizations and NGOs engaged in
work sessions on preparing Learners for Work and Life in the 21st Century. Eve

Education Partners represented Microsoft education at the event.
The audience of well over 500 included K12
and Vocational innovative educators, school leaders, partners, NGOs, government
